The Redding Camp is located in a beautiful area of Northern California. This mountain camp setting is ideal for plenty of fun outdoor activities. The Sacramento River winds nearby and is just one of several natural venues for water activities like rafting, kayaking, and swimming. Campers will also get to see lots of wildlife in their natural setting.
In addition to learning and practicing English, students spend time playing American games and recreation, as well as learning about and experiencing American cooking and culture.
American students join camp to help the international students practice their English in and out of the classroom. Students also spend an afternoon high in the beautiful Cascade mountains playing with American kids, building and racing Pine Wood Derby cars, and much more.
The camp is held at Valley Christian Fellowship which features fourteen classrooms, a small library, a coffee shop, a recreation room, a large outdoor recreation field, and an outside open fire pit with seating.
